We all want to find ways to better track our spending. And, there's a plethora of fantastic apps that offer just that.
But before you sign-up for these, you need to know the risks.
If you use an app that logs into your bank and or investment accounts, you are violating the terms and conditions of your banking agreement(s). If your accounts are hacked and money stolen, the bank doesn't have to protect you against fraud.
So, be careful and cautious and think twice before using these apps. Check your own bank's app and online banking to see what tracking they offer you. If it's with your own financial institution, you're not breaking any of their rules.
