✨ I used to think vision boards were nonsense… until neuroscience proved me wrong.
This week, I had the chance to break it all down on Global News, The Morning Show—why vision boards work, how our brains are wired for safety (not expansion), and why most people stall before even creating one.
The science?
🧠 Your brain tags what it sees as important—so if you don’t visualize big goals, you might not notice the opportunities around you.
🎯 It can’t tell the difference between reality and a vivid mental image—so when you see success daily, you start to believe it’s possible.
🔄 Repetition rewires your subconscious—so the more you look at your vision board, the more likely you are to take action.
I challenged the hosts (and the audience!) to think bigger. The real question is—do you have a vision board? If not, what’s stopping you?
